Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. You may request an exchange for up to 5 days after you receive your order. Exchanges and Returns take about 15 days to process and ship, and the item you want may sell out before we process an exchange. Instead of exchanging, we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, and then return your unused/unworn items for a full refund (Sorry, we cannot refund your shipping cost back to us).

If you want a color to match a dress, but are unsure of a color match, we suggest you order Black, Silver, or White shoes to help eliminate your cost of return shipments.

If you need to exchange for a different size, just send the product back at your shipping cost, with your invoice indicating which size you would like to have, and we will ship that out to you at no additional charge (this applies only to UPS Ground Service for the Continental U.S. only).

To exchange an item, you must fill out the Return or Exchange Form and e-mail back to us for approval and instructions before shipping any product back. Send all return packages, in their original packaging, to our address listed on your invoice via UPS or insured parcel post. Enclose the original invoice slip and exchange form. We will credit your card or send a check for the full price of the items.

Any Products returned that show any signs of wear or abuse will not be accepted for return or credit. (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping/handling fees).
