To check on the status of your order in shipment, you will receive an 'UPS Tracking Number' from us via e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped via UPS. You may then track your package at www.ups.com.

If the item(s) you ordered is out of stock, or delayed, you will be notified by e-mail for your option of refund or back order.
